VALUE OF CRT IN FAILING HEART
In failing heart with conduction disturbance there will be a Dys-synchronized contraction of Left ventricle and Right Ventricle which will worsen the heart failure symptoms.
CRT- helps the patient in improving the heart failure symptoms by synchronized contractions of both left ventricle and right ventricle. It also a helps to manage life threating arrhythmias like VT/VF.
